Week 3 and 4 Update

I got a job! I haven't tracked ANYTHING and I haven't gone to the gym since I started about a week and a half ago.
BUT I have been eating much less. It hasn't always been good-for-you food but just keeping busy has helped me to cut back, which was a major problem. Now that I have more of a schedule I'm starting to plan better. I can pack my own lunch and eat a smaller dinner. Breakfast is tough because I'm just not that hungry in the morning and I don't have much time. I'm confident I'll be able to make better choices as I get more used to my new schedule. It's been two years since I've left school and I've pretty much just been at home all the time so it's a big change but I feel like I can only improve from here.
The goals will be to eat breakfast, pack lunch and eat light at dinner (which I'm not going to be the one cooking for now) and plan for a before dinner snack. And get back to the gym.
I'm still getting used to my schedule and it feels like there's so much going on. This week I will work on bringing my own healthy lunch and continue checking in on sparkpeople. As long as I force myself to sit down and consider my progress (or lack of) I'll get to my goals.
Some progress I've made: Bought (snug fitting) size 9 juniors pants!! And generally been feeling so much more confident :)
