Meditative Practice

I'm trying the free 21 Day Meditation series with Deepak Chopra/Oprah. Guided meditation helps me focus. In mediation I have no sense of time, so I've learned to use a timer. In the Chopra series I love when he says he'll watch the time. It interestingly makes me feel relaxed and taken care of.
