I stepped on the scale this morning - I haven't weighed over 300 pounds for 10 months. Last year when I went to the doctor I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I did so good for the first few months and then I just started eating things I shouldn't and rarely exercise. Well I guess it is time to get back into the routine of taking care of myself.

goal by next Saturday - to be under 300 again
