I hope you're having a better day today! I also think it's important to notice and appreciate things in and around you that make you smile on those days and to write them down in a journal if you like. Then when these days happen you can go back to things that make you feel great.
Hi Marc, Sorry you had such a difficult time. I agree with EATVEGAN. Try to pick out the bright spots in your day even if there was only one or two. When I worked with the public I used to think where is respect and courtesy? Not always there but then I would have some really sweet person tell me I was doing okay and it helped me through the next 10 rude ones.
