Anyways time for a new blog. spring is later here in Minnesota. I do need to get busy with my exercise and eating plans. I need to reeveluate them. I have 15 pounds to lose to goal. I want to reach them this year. I am wishing for a bitthday goal. well when spring gets here or at least warms up I will walk. but i am a sissy in cold weather. so here my plan
1.-exercise by walking outdoors, getting to gym or curves, bike ride when nicer. start working the wii again or dvd.
2. do these at least 3x a week
3. get some weight training in there too.
4. plan my menus
5. work the exchange system so can teach others to use it too.
6. Drink water.
Easter will be here so so portions is the way to go.
