Its somewhat easier to stay on track food wise if you plan it all out in the morning and log it. That way you know you have to follow through with it or go to the trouble of changing it. Id rather follow what I put than change it, Im lazy that way lol.
Did 40 mins on the bike this morning, now off to work 9-6 today which sucks! 2 days off coming my way though just in time for the snow to get here again.
Just lost a couple ounces this morning, didn't drink water yesterday evening and coming home to left over pizza....although still in my calories, was bad late in the evening. Then a mere 5.5 hours sleep....just bummer!
