We are at the harbor, and all is well. We will go up to breakfast, walk around on deck, and generally, take some last pictures.

We are scheduled to disembark about 10:00 am. Then we are off to the hotel by the JFK airport for the day. Then, we fly home to Ohio on Sunday.

I am better. We sent through a gale with 85 MPH winds from the port side, and the waves were in excess of 20 feet high. WOW. Lived through that one!

Don't come back yet!! It is still cold and snowy!! I live in Michigan , but Ohio is getting the same weather!!
If possible, latch on to some native person there and follow them home and stay until it gets warmer here... emoticon

I've never been on a cruise, although I HAVE traveled by "lancha" and "peque-peque" (named for the sound the motor makes as it propels the generally wooden large canoes down the river) while on mission trips in Peru. Glad you weathered the waves none the worse for wear. Blessings to you on this journey to a healthy lifestyle.
