I'm excited to go on this retreat with my church. It will be tough to not think about food, exercise and calories for 2 days. ... Well, I have to eat, so please pray that I don't blow it and that I can concentrate on what I need to concentrate on this weekend.
I went to the gym on Wednesday and did a lot of weights. I also tried to implement low fat eating....I'm back up to 154.2lbs and I was 153.0lbs. I don't know what to think. I'm hoping it's muscle. ??? I hope it evens out. I'm not going to worry about it right now. I won't be weighing in tomorrow morning, so we'll see Monday morning. We're also supposed to get snow tomorrow. It's supposed to be nice today, so I will try to hike today.
