My task for today is to blog about tomorrows meal plan. It's kind of tricky for me because I have to plan meals for my husband and son as well. I know they shouldn't, but they usually eat differently than I do. I just found a recipe for a black bean and cheese burrito that looks good. Tomorrow I'll probably make soft shell tacos with ground beef taco meat for them but also put out black beans, shredded cheddar, salsa, sour cream, tomato, and lettuce. That way everyone can make them the way they like them.
This morning for breakfast I'm going to have my new concoction: 1/2 serving of oatmeal, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 T low fat maple syrup, 1 cup blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries. yum breakfast
This morning I'm going X-Country skiing, this afternoon I'm walking Bella.
I had been gaining a little but now I have my eating back under control. I have exactly two weeks to lose 2.6 pounds to get to 140.9 and a healthy BMI (NORMAL WEIGHT!!!!) on my birthday. This goal is very important to me. I have to do it or I'll be sad on my birthday and I don't want that!
