Well have managed to spark for 4 days. Not ate perfect but at least tracked what I ate. Managed to do some kind of exercise each day. These are good things. Trying to keep my head up and be positive. Looking forward to getting out for a walk this weekend by myself. I love having the grandchildren with me but I focus better without the distraction. When I get depressed the best thing for me to do is hike and commune with God.
