Day 18 almost didn't happen. It has been one of those days. I had zero motivation. I even told my husband that I was just going to skip today's workout and enjoy the evening being lazy. And I had every intention of doing this.
But, after dinner, I started to feel the guilt. "It's only 20 minutes." "You will be so mad at yourself for skipping this".
So, I laced up my shoes and did it. And I pushed myself hard. And you know what? It felt awesome. And I still got to be lazy and watch movies after.
Moral of the Story: No one ever regrets a workout.
