40 days

40 days of being fast food free ( once midnight hits ). This is a big deal for me, especially with how some things are right now. House hunting which keeps us out late. Oversleeping, which before I would have pounced on stopping and grabbing something from the drive thru.

Not eating it makes me have to plan more. Can't just be like hey, I don't want to cook, Burger King? Halo Burger?

My husband still gets it sometimes on the way to work, but he has not eaten it in front of me. Even though I offer, from time to time. When it's been a long day from house hunting, and I plan on eating cereal. He says no, because it wouldn't be fair.

Maybe over time, if I keep cutting unhealthy things from my life, one at a time, eventually I'll be a natural foods girl.

Bad things out of my life:
1.) fast food
2.) soda
3.) high fructose corn syrup
4.) aspartame

Lets see what else I can add to this list!

    Great job on cutting those things out !! This made me think about what I have changed and things that are gone from the pantry. Thank you for the inspiration.

    :) That was my biggest thing. Cutting out as much processed as possible. You can do it!

    Dr. Mercola says aspartame causes a lot of health issues and I believe that. I only use stevia as a sweetener.
