America Ninja?

"Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." George Bernard Shaw

To me this quote can be interpreted a couple of different ways.
1. You can make a multitude of choices. It's okay to vary your plan. It's good to adapt. Don't allow yourself to stagnate.
2. It's necessary to be able to modify your thinking to make gains in other parts of your life.

If you beat up someone trying to coin a word as lame as successify (there's a perfectly good word, and it's "achieve"), that counts as cardio.
