BLC Day 9

Yesterday and today I have stayed in my calorie range! This has been the biggest hurdle for me, and although I know 2 days does not make me a changed person, I am really glad to be making headway.
I am on target in everything except protein. I am having trouble getting enough protein. I think I should try to eat more lean meat, so I'll work on that next!
