Well, I'm excited to report that my mini-goals are going pretty well so far!
Food: I tracked Monday-Friday, and I have no plans to stop. It has been so helpful to track on the days that I've been outside my goal range of 1200-1550. I discovered (officially) that even on some days that I go over, I'm still apparently running significant deficits. I've also discovered some big areas of empty calories. My next goal is to work on reducing the empty calories. Whether or not they fit into my range, some of these foods are possibly affecting my health and need to go.
Exercise: The exercise has also been going well so far. Nothing earth-shattering, but I'm still moving. I haven't done as well on exercising in the morning, but that's OK. Next week is where that is going to be more important. And I've been keeping up with team exercise assignments, which is big for me!
Stress: I haven't watched any TV at home this week! It has been good! I've read a ton ~ both fiction and non-fiction. We had a mid-week holiday, and I had no plans besides cleaning. I'm studying for a test in June, so this focus on reading has been much better for me.
I'm beginning to feel better than I was, just by doing these simple things, so I will keep on plugging along.
