Well, what a nice Friday evening to round out a pretty good week.

I've made lots of good food and fitness choices (even when I REALLY didn't feel like it) that seem to be resulting in some looser clothes and more energy at work.

I have a real fear of losing this motivation, but it seems to be holding so far. My daily check-ins to this site seem to help. I love browsing the blogs to see what is motivating other people - there are some amazing stories on here!

    I have the same fear. I've never kept motivation for this long before and almost feel like it's too good to be true. But, I have to keep reminding myself that it's always my choice and I can choose to simply NOT give up.

    I agree that checking in to SP every day makes a difference. So many amazing, inspiring stories and as well as support.
