Let's do it anyway!

This has been a complicated week-hopefully never to be repeated! I am amazed at the way so many things affect the weight loss process! Things like stressful days, bored days, or even just busy days all take their toll on our body's ability to handle life. I guess that it all boils down to the knowledge that there is no common equation to lose weight, because none of us walk the same road in our weight loss journey. The question is, can we lose anyway? The only answer I can think of is, sometimes yes, others, no. So the weight loss rollercoaster we are on continues, with us as struggling passengers! Ride on, fellow sparkies, and may your journeys be smoother than mine! emoticon

    Sure would be nice if weight loss was a simple equation "less food plus more exercise = great weight loss". As you say, emotional, physical, hormonal, etc. things all affect that bottom (yes, a pun) line.

    We CAN all lose. We just have to figure out what works for our lives and bodies. It will be different for you than it is for me. It takes multiple trials and errors and when you think you have it figured out, it changes. What we have to do is keep pushing, keep analyzing and keep adjusting. emoticon emoticon

    we all need a helping hand at times and others times this can be done without much effort . when we need a shove we can turn to spark people for that push and helping words that make it easier to bare . great being on this train ride with you . emoticon

    I think we just have to remember that there will be good weeks and there will be bad weeks, but we just have to hang on and keep our eye on the goal that we want to reach. Try to not dwell on the bad lest it keep you from moving forward.This ins't a race and this journey will never really be over so hold on for the long ride and keep sparking!! emoticon
