Time is Biggest excuse

Lack of energy
I know when these excuses hit me ,if I would just get my shoes on and do 10-15 min that would be huge. I know consistancy is the key. Just have to put it into action.

    Barb, You are so right. You just need to do something. We think that we have to do a major workout or it doesn't matter but the truth is, you just have to do something every day.

    I lost the bulk of my weight doing no more than one or two miles a day and now I think I have to do so much more but on days I can't, I am going to remember your post!

    I had the same problem. A few years ago i started writing "exercise" and a time in my calendar at the beginning of each week. It helped me think of it as an important appointment that I'd never consider cancelling. Sometimes it's a chore to get started but I've never finished a workout wishing I'd done something different with that time.

    Do you have stairs in your home? If so you don't even need to put your shoes on? Just run the stairs at your leisure!

    Totally know how that is. If it's not one of them it's another. But in the end, if I would just make myself go exercise I won't regret it!
