I know when these excuses hit me ,if I would just get my shoes on and do 10-15 min that would be huge. I know consistancy is the key. Just have to put it into action.
I had the same problem. A few years ago i started writing "exercise" and a time in my calendar at the beginning of each week. It helped me think of it as an important appointment that I'd never consider cancelling. Sometimes it's a chore to get started but I've never finished a workout wishing I'd done something different with that time. 1700 days ago
