I had a good week in my mind! By the end of the week I was back on track with my calorie intake. Thursday and Friday I met all of my goals without going over! That is a big accomplishment. Started packing new lunch foods. Of course I take the same lunch every day pretty much but oh well. I have been taking turkey and swiss cheese rolled up (2 of them), a serving of carrots, banana and yoplait greek yogurt. I also drink just my iced tea in the morning then water all day. Worked out so far 2 days. I will get in more of a workout tomorrow.
This week was crazy as far as life goes. Monday my Fiancee and I signed our lease. Tuesday had a Family night at school. Wednesday met with caterer. Thursday met with decorator. Tonight went shopping for a bed, got apartment keys, showed my parents the apartment and moved in a couch. Busy Busy week. Tomorrow I am getting my dress fitted, picking up bridesmaid dresses and doing a Thirty-One party. On Sunday Mom and I are shopping for shower dresses.
Phew. Time to relax for the evening and get a good nights sleep.
