I have been doing all kinds of physical activity to burn calories and my friend who helps by Training me has great ideas.. We go to our neighborhood park and she has me batting and running bases.. (I love baseball).. Then I have to shag (pick Up) all the balls I hit in the field.. A whole bucket full of balls !! Ahhh.. We also play Frisbee golf - well I do. Then another idea her 10 yr old daughter had is for me to pull the 6 yr old daughter in a sled across the park. (I live in Arizona so no snow just grass, harder to pull a sled in). By the end of our work outs I am sweating and feel like jello but it is really worth it.. Well she did have me doing planks - that is a new one for me but I did it and my stomach is feeling it one day later !!
Today I went bowling and then while my son was at baseball lessons I jumped in the batting cage for 30 mins and swung away !! Sweating is good !!
Making it fun keeps the interest going !!!
