hit the gym again

5th day in a row. Some kind of record for me. LOL Today I walked up and down hills at 3.5 on the treadmill for 45 min. My heart rate is not as high as it has been other times. Could it be that I'm starting to adjust to all the torture I'm putting my body through. After that 45 min I did all the lower body exercise machines. Whew. I was tired when I was finished.

    It could be! Good for you getting to the gym 5 days in a row, that is an accomplishment. I wanted to go today, we went yesterday, but we ran out of time and I ended up doing the elliptical at home. Tomorrow we are going! I am now at the point where I feel like a bit of a slacker when I don't work out, when did that happen? Before Christmas I was not working out at all. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend!
