Almost 200 days!

In a week and a half I will complete 200 days solid of walking one mile daily. It's a small accomplishment. I just wish I could reach a little higher. Start eating healthier for starters and really stick with it. I want to report in six months from now huge strides, not just little ones. I am just not sure how to get there. . . .

  I agree with Jambaby0 that it is by taking the little steps each day is how we get to the bigger ones. Congratulations on your 200 days of walking!!
