So Excited!!

I am so excited that I have been introduced to Spark People. I am ready for a change and I really think that this will work. I have learned so many little things so far. Like my coffee that I like to drink is about 150 calories. I have switched my creamer and started measuring it, now it is only 32 calories. I am learning how to enjoy my food and drinks in a different way. It is a real eye opener when I record my calories for the day. I am learning a lot and can't wait to get this weight loss started!! emoticon

    Thank you everybody :) I have never felt so good. I have lost 24 lbs already. Just the boost I needed. I don't even feel like I am dieting. I am living life and having fun. I appreciate all the kind words so much emoticon emoticon

    Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.
