Another late night last night meant another slow start this morning. I did take the dog for a long walk (5+ miles) this morning. Then decided to pamper myself rather than going to the gym. I would have only been able to go for about 45 minutes, which didn't seem worth it. Instead I took a long, hot shower which warmed me up, I think for the first time in days. Usually I just hop in and out, but today I luxuriated in the warmth and double conditioned my hair. I had company coming at 2pm, so I had to rush to get dressed, but that was okay. I have a friend who does a small grocery run for me once a week, so while she was out doing that I got on the rower and burned a few more calories, as well as doing two SP videos. My friend came back and we visited for a while. When she left (around 5:30pm) I took the Cooper out for another long walk (5+ miles again). So we walked over 10 miles. Not bad for such an off kilter day. My friend bought me Cadbury creme eggs at the store. I asked for one and she bought me four. Four! Of course I had to eat 2 right away. lol... Anyway, I made them fit into my calorie budget for the day, but my fat% will probably be sky high for the day. oh well, they were worth it!
I haven't decided what to do tomorrow for exercise. Any suggestions?? I was thinking of long walks with the dog and the rower again, but I really should go to the gym. Shoulda, coulda, woulda...
