Time to get my health and weight under control.

After a recent visit to my doctor, she informed me that my blood pressure has been a little on the high side for a while (I always have an elevated reading at the VA hospital but never when I was pregnant and seeing another provider on the outside). I was also informed that my weight and a few other issues were of a concern. My doctor was kind enough to show me the weight I had been since using the VA as my place for medical care. My initial goal for now is to incorporate exercising, both toning and cardio and to lose 10 pounds within the next 3 months. I've got back on the wagon from which I had leaped off some time ago and it definitely shows. -_-

    Thank you all for your encouragement!!! I know I can do it if I put my mind to it. I've not faced this challenge before with little people underfoot so it is new again. Thankfully I found my old food log, that helps a lot!
