Losing is Gaining

Today is day number 8 of my "get your act together" realization. I have lost 4 pounds and 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. It is very hard to cut calories and get use to working out as much as I need to. I am taking the exercising slowly since you burn so little calories while exercising. For each pound I loose I add 2 minutes to my original 10 minutes of cardio and I add 2 extra reps per set to strength training.

I know that this change will be worth it when I can keep up with my daughter and not be out of breath after 2 minutes.
