Ok, this week just flew by. Just now getting the chance to check SP and the work day is almost over.

B: unsweetened wheat puffs (only 60 cals a cup and no fat !)

L: mini bell peppers
multi grain bread with peach jelly

S: birthday cake at work (another surprise!)

D: grilled chicken breast

S: popcorn
