I have tried to lose weight many times and did on some crazy diets without realizing that fat and carbohydrates are important to consume during your diet. I started on 1/2/13 weighing 164 pounds, It is now 3/22/13 and I weigh 151--a total weight loss of 13 pounds in almost ll weeks. I used to lose weight in my face and look sickly, but not on the 1200-1500 Spark People nutrition tracker! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I don't thinkI will make my goal of l40 by 4/15/13 but I won't give up till I do,
