Friday, March 22, 2013

i do`nt really understand this weeks subject so i will interpret it in my own way. i have learned alot about myself here on spark , mainly 10 things
1 you do`nt have to be thin and skinny to be healthy

2 a little exercise every day no matter what you do it helps
3 with healthy eating do`s not mean starving yourself
4 the 5 years i have been hear, i have reached my goals one step at a time, by setting myself small targets
5 now i am happy with my appearance, maybe to others i may seem overweight but the doc is happy with my progress so who am i to argue
6 this is not a race
7 you need a little willpower, and determination
practice " no thank you" when you are eating out
8 do`nt get disheartened
9 do`nt give up at the first hurdle, take it one day at a time
10 be happy with yourself, reward yourself every time you reach a goal. it will spur you on
keep smiling!!!

You did a great job of interpreting the assignment for this week Linda. I like the 10 things you listed and many of the things you listed I've learned about myself too. I think it's great that you are happy with where you are and that the doctor is too! You've done a great job in achieving your goals! emoticon emoticon
