So week 1 is at its close, I've been sick most of this first week so the workouts were cut down to a minimum. Getting back on the gym flow Sunday most urgently- I kinda miss my weights.
Squat challenge #1 update(50 a day)---OMG I have a butt! My guy said he sees a difference and I haven't been able to walk past a mirror without checking it out myself. Starting another squat and lunge challenge in April, giving myself a week squat cut back until it. (Day 30 is 230 squats!!! Holy cow!)
Just went to New York Thursday- so much walking!!! 4.32+ miles worth actually! So today is rest day because well.....OUCH. But I finally got to see Yankee Stadium!!!
