I just want to admit that I didn't fall off the wagon today; I jumped!!!!!!!!! I had pizza not much fruit and veggies, and yes I had a 32 ounce pop. Let me tell you it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that it is out of my system I can get serious again. Yes, I do feel better after my dietary 2 year old fit!!!

    hey were human yesterday i had a bit of a candy bar and i was taken over like an animal. one piece of candy led to a whole candy bar, pringles and a bag of chips it felt so good but i didnt let it derail me today i got back on my diet

    Sometimes you have to give into your cravings and get it out of your system. (LORD KNOWS I HAVE MANY TIMES!!!) The key is not getting into an "oh no, I messed up so now I have to get completely off my plan and mess up everyday" tantrum. Just pull yourself back together and keep on doing the right thing! You will still see results from all the effort!

    Well, everyone's entitled to a tantrum now and then. :-) I had a Junior Mint day on Tuesday, but regained my composure, so it's all good.

    I had one of those days last Sunday . . . only problem is that it makes it rough to get back in control after I have an off day! Hoping that will get easier with time, because I'm sure Sunday isn't the last off day I'll ever have!

    Amen! Had one of those myself yesterday - and yes, I think it is totally awesome to do this every once in awhile... I know for me, once every 6 weeks or 2 months.. whatever. Allowing yourself to do that and enjoying it, not beating yourself up is really whats its about -

Then, right back on track. Awesome!!!! Love it!
