The first "up" was my oldest daughter signed with a university to play soccer! It's only 40 minutes from home so far enough away for independence, but close enough for security!
The other "up" was the scale. I knew it would be coming! Up 2 lbs this week. (I did change my calories back to 1300 to 1500 instead of the 1800 that Spark had for me.) I know it could be the muscle that I'm seeing in my arms and legs. My abs are getting toned and my butt is sore, too. All good, but those darn numbers play with the brain.
I took my measurements, didn't log them, but they are the same. I do know my thighs are toning as my jeans are a little snug in that area now. Again, worth not seeing the jiggle and sagging skin.
I'll keep going "Insane" every morning! I'll see what the scale says next week and in the mean time, I'll just keep gaining muscle!
