So today I tried something different. I got up, made my breakfast and then waited an hour and went to a water aerobics class that lasted for an hour. I got home and I realized something. I got my workout done and I was done for the day. I still need to try to be active and not just sit on my butt all day but I have the REST of the day to do nothing but enjoy my day off. Instead of spending the day, hoping I make it to the gym or hoping I get a work out in and then feeling guilty. I don't have to worry about that today. No guilt. It is an amazing feeling. I also got a lot more done today than I normally do on my days off.
