I hate to complain but lately I have been exhausted literally. After having talked with several health professionals and trainers here is the problem. My calorie limit has dropped to low and my body is striking back. My calories were not even making it to a thousand calories a day but i burn off more than that a day . So we have to make some changes here .
It is hard to wrap your mind around the fact that sometimes you have to eat more to loose weight. The body is complex and when it talks you listen up quickly. I have no appetite so there for I dont eat usually till it is to late . Then we have the shakes, dizziness and fatigue . So although I have been losing weight consistently this has not been the healthiest way I am told . I would like to say at this point it has not been on purpose but all fat bodied people dont live at the table.
I am involved in two challenges here on Spark people and tomorrow I will register a gain for both of them because I have no choice . I have no idea what that gain will be yet but it will be a gain non the less . If it comes down to loosing weight or being healthy I will always air on the side of healthy. I am not worried about the pounds because the inches are gone and right now my body has to have time to adjust to the up in my calories . Bottom line here is that by increasing up to 1500 to 1800 calories a day I will inevitably loose more weight and have a better chance of keeping it off . This journey for me has always been about learning the proper way to be be healthy so I hope that no one will be seriously disappointed in me this week but i really have no choice in this . Make a note here please : if you are going to push your body past its limits you better give it enough fuel to get back to a good place otherwise It will kick your tail bad . There is no failure in this gain on the empowerment to keep moving forward .
