I attempted pan frying some chicken last night. I threw some away, but as I kept trying, it got a little better and I salvaged at least enough for lunch and dinner today. I ate it for lunch and it was pretty good. Still probably overcooked, but at least I could swallow it without taking a big swig of water at the same time. (Incidentally, that was the only way I could swallow my pork. Hence why I was so tired of super dried out meat.)
Tonight I'm visiting my coach and he's going to teach me how to cook the chicken properly. Can't wait!
Also, I ended up going a little crazy last night and totally blew my good behavior. I stopped at Costco after the gym to stock up on a few things, and there were a ton of free samples all over the store. I had some turkey on wheat bread, fancy rotini and cheese, and a chocolate chip cookie. And while I was planning on having soup and a slice of pizza at the restaurant, I also had 2 pieces of cheese bread.
I don't feel bad about it because I'm back on track today.
