I am three days into the cleanse that I started and so far not alot has changed. I have lost three pounds so far and I think that alot of that has to do with my diet changes and working out at the gym more so than the cleanse. I have not had to run to the bathroom every few seconds like alot of people have described while doing these cleanse things so I hope that I am doing it right. I still have a week and a half to go with it and I plan to stick the whole thing out just to give it a fair shot.
I have been spending alot of time doing water stuff at my gym and sitting in the sauna relaxing a bit. Loosing weight should not have to be done only on the tredmill and the weights. I like the fact that I have changed my focus about my time at the gym I no longer think of it as community service for liking too much cheesecake I Think of it as time for myself when I actually get to do something that is just for me and not for anyone else but me.
I am taking back my life one workout at a time.

    When I go to the gym I always try to incorporate some time in the wet area as a reward. Great way to view exercise and weight loss.

    emoticon on your important insight finding! I mean what you've expressed so well: "I Think of it as time for myself when I actually get to do something that is just for me and not for anyone else but me." This will help me too a lot.
