In the past seven days using various Leslie Sansone walking DVDs that I own or borrowed from the library I walked a marathon, and more.
I ended up walking 28.5 miles, which would be 2.3 miles more than the marathon. All I needed to do today was a 3 mile walk but chose to do a 5 mile, when that 3 mile mark came up I couldn't stop grinning. The endorphins are flying now. And I still have two more days on my break to up that number.
I think I'll do the other 5 mile DVD I picked up at the library today, tomorrow. Then I'm going to start a new goal for next week on Sun, just gotta figure out what exactly it's going to be since I'll be back to work it probably won't be another marathon but I'll come up with something.
OK and just for reference here are the workouts I did:
Sat 3/16 - 5 Fat Burning Miles (library)
Sun 3/17 - 4 Fast Miles (own it, one of my faves, def a go-to workout for me)
Mon 3/18 - all 5 miles of the Ultimate 5 Day plan (own it, though I borrowed it from the library first to try it and see if I liked it)
Tues 3/19 - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk (library)
Wed 3/20 - 4 Big Miles (own it, another one I love)
Thurs 3/21 - Walk/ Jog, this one is 2 1/2 miles (own it, great 30 min interval workout)
Fri 3/22 - 5 Really Big Miles (library, though I may have to get it now)
and that leaves for tomorrow Walk it Off & Tone It Up which is also 5 miles if I do the whole thing (library)
I feel like dancing now, I'm so jazzed!
