just a small update

Been working out for two weeks now and I have lost 2 pounds...not sure where, but eh, it works for me. It is a start.
Also, starting to feel better. I feel a change in my energy a bit and feel good about myself too. If 2 weeks does this, I wonder what a month or longer will feel like :)
I don't know why I stopped working out. I'm actually enjoying it. I guess life just puts hurdles in your way and sometimes you just need to step back and breathe.
I also enjoy the yoga on the wii fit plus...I might invest in buying some dvds...
