Friday is normally my off day because I visit my parents, but I started the 2nd challenge of 28 day bootcamp so I will have to figure a 30 min cardio to do tonight. Most likely I'll ride the bike and I like not going to the pool every day.
In the meantime Bootcamp: 7-Minute Arm Shaper with Dumbbells finished Day 3 of Week 1
which also meets my video Easter challenge.
Finally today we saw movement on that dang scale of losing a pound. I'm now at the threshold of entering the 170s - can't wait to see that change - hopefully in the next week.
As much as I didn't want to bike this evening - I pushed myself to do 30 minutes.
