Yesterday my husband was off of work. We went for a bike ride What started as an easy four mile ride ended up being a 14 mile ride. We ride a local bike path. I did fine until about 6 miles in. At that point it was.easier to keep going toward the next.town rather than head back home. I love running however my husband.prefers biking. Yhis was his day. I enjoyed it.except.for.some.soreness from my seat. Thanks to a sale at a local bikr shop I am now.better prepared when we do this again. Other than saddle soreness I am actually feeling really good and.looking forwars to hittinf the gym and.running on the treadmill later. Using the treadmill so I can pace myself and not.over do it.
