yep lost! woot! maybe because I am kicking ass and taking names! My new lifting program rocks! 10 mile run Sunday and back on the weights monday!!

    I am SUPER jealous of your stretchy legs. Even when i was a gymnast (decades ago) I really had to work at my flexibility. Only in my dreams can I grab the soles of my shoes like you show in your photo.

    WOOHOO! That is awesome! Kickin' those lbs to the curb! I love the idea of workingout in the sauna. Unfortunately, my gym doesn't have one. I like getting a good sweat on. I'm that person that doesn't want the fan directly on me. Nothing more gross to me than cold sweart making me feeling sticky.
Good job, girlfriend! Way to wittle down the bod!
