Friday and sunny

Friday, March 22, 2013

emoticon It is gorgeous out today. hubby and I both had Dr's appointments this am and the drive was lovely.
Did a little shopping, had a coffee ,put a tail light bulb in the car...nothing exciting.
Mum arrived yesterday after a day of driving and shopping. My sister in law joined us and we had a good day...I did indulge in some Chinese food and kicked my butt about it a little. It's behind me now and I'm off to a great start today. Eating well and did my exercise routine . It is so nice I think I may be spending some time with my horse later.
For now I have to start cleaning the kitchen cupboards..I never did get at it.
Thanks for all the encouraging words..you folks rock!!!

I sorted through my canned goods in the pantry yesterday and today and took them down to our community pantry. No sense hanging on to them if I'm not planning to use them any time soon. Now I have more room in my pantry and able to put my laundry basket in there. I have a 550 sf apartment so have to run a tight ship and not collect a lot of stuff.

Don't worry about the Chinese food. It's good to indulge yourself once in a while. Actually, it really sounds better than the hamburger pattie I have defrosting. Will have mashed yams, green beans and mushrooms with it. I'm working on my muffin top. Progress is slow.

I hope you enjoy your time outdoors. Have a great time with your horse and keep up your diet objectives. I try to keep my over indulgences within my calorie range but it's hard. A little fun is good for your soul!
