C25K Training D.O.N.E.

I have broken through that mental wall that had held me back from completing this 5K training program in the past.
I am jogging for over 30 minutes. Although slowly.

I have ordered a HRM Heart Rate Monitor so I can get in that "zone" and burn this fat and work harder.

I have lost 10% of my body weight, my goal is about 47%. So, hooray.

I have a load of personal issues still going on in my life but this can not overtake me, overtake the care I need to take of myself, my health.

Oh also my cholesterol which has been high over the past years, is now only slightly high, (without medication) hopefully continuing to lose weight, eating healthy will bring it down where it should be, and without medication!
