I us to blog all the time but stopped when I stopped working out. Ive been doing ok. Food is OF COURSE the one thing that gets me. I think that's why we gain weight right? I'm a sweets addict and its hard to deny them, especially since I love baking and bringing snacks in for my coworkers, its hard not to eat everything I make. But I'm doing good. Been using the elliptical a lot and it burns a ton in like half the amount of time I do when I run. I feel like eating is a disease like alcoholism or drugs and its a constant struggle each day. anyways everyday is a right step in a new direction.
