Rose Week

Okay so I have A LOT to be proud of this week and Many Self-Learnings:

I know I still have the rest of the day and tomorrow before I can see the first week of results, but I have time to recap the week at the moment, so there's no time like the present.

I have successfully logged my food for 6 days so far, so I am guaranteed a carnation this week, but as long as I log tomorrow I get a Rose! Now if I can't be honest here, i can't be anywhere, so let the honesty begin...
True I logged, but I don't think i had much success staying in my goals consistently at all, but I am trying not to focus on that too much I'm going to work on that in the future and I will analyze my reports on Sunday. I seem to be having issues getting enough protein in the morning and staying under in carbs. the for dinner i'm having trouble not going over my calorie goal. the solution is going have to be eating more veggies, which I need to do anyways, but I need more protein in the morning for sure. So I am not expecting to lose a lot this week number wise cause I know my goals weren't met, but i am focusing on Tracking now and that is something I have greatly improved on and that is great.
My daily use of my pedometer is also interesting. I have an issue not getting enough movement in. Yes I have worn it daily and i've tracked and logged, but I have not come anywhere near 10000 steps yet. SO the celebration is I'm meeting the goal I made to use the pedometer, but the insight is i need much more mobility.

One other thing to celebrate was my mini dinner party with all Spark recipes was a success and I ate healthy and had a great time with friends and trying new recipes!

Moving forward, I need to continue what was effective this week, which was tracking and wearing my pedometer. Next week I am going to continue those two goals while improving my breakfast to be more balanced and increasing my mobility. I am proud of the week I have had, and am looking forward to the next one!

    You've done so good this week! Ok so you might not be within ranges etc but the hardest thing to my mind is the tracking and once you make that a habit you can tweak and improve as you go along - just like you plan to, so well done, to me you have so succeeded in everything you planned this week! Hope you see success on the scales as that makes the hard work a bit easier to bear lol but I'm sure in the weeks to come you will go from strength to strength & the pounds lost will grow rapidly - enjoy your flower, thoroughly deserved! Look forward to your next progress report :))

    Good for you!! AND, I know that you are your biggest booster...as it should be. We all know when we're on the right track...but it feels so good to have friends who are "with you" through this trip!!
