Pretty sure 172.5 is where I started at this week. And that's where I am now......
I thought for sure I'd make it to 171 by now. Bummer.
I know I haven't been over-eating.
I had candy a couple of times, but it wasn't much, and I wanted to be polite because one of my patients offered me some jelly beans at internship....maybe I should have turned them down, I guess....*sigh*!
Maybe my body is just waiting for me to start working out to kick my weight loss into high-gear. At least I'll have the day off of work tomorrow and the next day, so I suppose I'll do some short workouts then.
But you know what they say: Slow and steady wins the race! As long as I am eating healthy, and eating less, the pounds WILL melt off. It will just take some time.
