Very weird week... I felt a bit depressed Saturday through Monday and didn't feel like doing anything. But I did anyways.
On Saturday, I did 40 minutes of yoga in the morning and I did a cross fit session with the challenge group in the afternoon. Ishhh, that was quite a workout, but I'm glad I did it. I realized that I'm in a far better shape than I thought after doing that workout. I was exhausted after finishing it of course, but my energy level came back up pretty fast and by diner, I was "spitting fire".
I'm glad to report that I attained the minimal amount for the pledges for the challenge. I'm really happy about that because it is such a great cause and they really help the sick children and their families. I now hope to reach 750$ since the 500$ mark is done.
