I lost 4 pounds this week..

but it was not from doing exercises with passion.. more like, very frequent trips to the bathroom / not eating at all.

I got so sick with gastro (due to a bacteria, not a virus.. the kind you get from food poisoning), I cannot remember the last time I was that sick. Today is the first day I don't seem to have nausea and that I can walk from a room to another without nearly pass out. It was a pretty intense week and I'm glad it's on it's way out now, phew. I had such a good week gym-wise the week before.. I hope I'll be able to pick it up where I left off.
