Today I reached one of my *important* goals. I don't think I have it posted on my wall, but I see it as being a HUGE milestone.
This morning I jumped on the scale. After having a pound loss yesterday (133), I had ANOTHER pound loss today. That puts me at 132. This is after stalling at 134 for longer than I would have liked, but I suppose my body was still working on shedding the weight, even though I wasn't seeing evidence of it on my scale.
So, 132...it's important. I am 5'1. A little bit of weight counts a lot on my body. It's very easy for me to become "overweight" in the BMI sense. BUT as of this morning...I am officially no longer overweight according to the BMI system! I am officially "healthy!"
Of course my BMI is 24.9 or some such thing, but that doesn't matter! It's below 25!
My goal is to get it in the middle of the healthy zone, so I have a nice healthy buffer, to avoid future issues with being "overweight."
I have the next week off from school and work too. My plan is to really work on my fitness goals during my time off!
