I have been trying to eat better. It is hard when my schedule is so messed up, but that should change starting today. I was working two part time jobs and one was at night, so I was eating weird things or at late hours. I am not going to be doing that anymore. I am going to be eating three meals a day and at a decent time of day. :)
I have not gone back to the gym yet, but that will change starting Monday. I will be able to get back on a schedule with that also.
I am ready to quit smoking. I was trying to work out a budget and I can't believe how much money I am spending on cigarettes.
I have a ton of stuff going on right now and I hope I can really quit and not come up with a bunch of excuses!
Wish me luck.

Sometimes, I have found, when you want to really get going, you succeed by making a number of changes all at once (instead of dribbling them in).

I like your plan: get your meals in order, go to the gym, stop smoking.

What is going to be the hardest to do? I am an ancient ex-smoker, having quite nearly 40 years ago. But it wasn't hard for me. I quit after a nasty cold right after I was first married. Not wanting to blow money on cigarettes can be a big motivator. I wish you all the best.

Just do what you need to do. And take steps each day! You can do this.

my honey is on a swing shift, so when you get used to working out at night, he turns around and is home at night, so then you work out at day and turn around haha
    its a never ending cycle
when my foot heals and i can go walking at the track again, things will hopefully get back on a regular schedule for me
    good luck and keep trying

    good luck!!!!
For sure you have many obstacles (your hectic schedule being one of them) that make it difficult to get on track, but just remember, that YOU should be your no1 priority!

Quitting smoking is a huge goal! Good for you!!! emoticon
